Default Uefa cup apirations

Everton may have thrown away the advantage for the last uefa cup place today. I am seriously gutted my passport was just getting warm. Man utd felt agrieved yesterday with the handball decision and yet Villa got away with an even worse handball, shocking. What do you think of your own teams season it will be interesting to here some views.

time and time again referee's decisions are comming into question its about time they all sat down and came to some agreement on how to implement some consistancy on whats allowed and whats not.as for my own teams season its been good(1st pl penalty we have given away) all we can do now is beat barca on tuesday and win our remaining games in the league and keep scoring.as for the chelsea game i just dont get how you can delibately hold someone back during a corner kick and it not be a penalty

Man Utd should easily beat barca but talking about ref decisions how about this one. Everton have not been awarded a penalty all season yet Arteta is once again the most hacked player in the prem.

Couple of things:

Carrick Handball = Penalty - He impeded the path of the ball with his arm. He jumped, arm was raised and it hit it, simple. Definitely a Penalty. And anyway did you see Van Der Sar right after it, he cleaved down Anelka lol.

Wes Brown Handball - NO Penalty - The ball did hit Brown on the hand, BUT the ball did NOT deviate significantly, and it did NOT alter the path of the ball.

Ronaldo vs Ballack - More complicated, Ballack is fouling Ronaldo, no question about that at all. HOWEVER, the player must be involved in the play with a chance of receiving the ball. Ronaldo is NOT, as the corner hadn't been taken, and when it was went NOWHERE near him. Therefore the corrct decision is play on, with Ballack receiving a yellow card for his part, and subsequently a Red for 2 yellows. This is akin to an off the ball incident where the PLAYER can be punished, without the award of a foul.

Kalou vs Silvestre = Kalou is through, Silvestre cuts him off, barges into him and knocks him down, while Ferdinand takes the ball. On MANY occasions that would be a penalty.

All in all the best team won in the end. First half it as shooting in, Man U came out second half and put in a much improved performance, however CFC deserved the victory.

I believe that MU will win the League as they have 2 eminently winnable games to play, and over the season probably deserve to win. I hope that instead of this stupid, hold off and be cautious approach that MU have employed in the Cl recently, that they come out all guns blazing as they have done for most of the Prem. if they do they could hammer Barca on tues. I hope CFC beat Liverpool on Wed, cos, well simply, I hate LFC lol. The most undeserving side to ever win a Cl,especially as they weren't even good enough to qualify for the next year, and didn't score in the Chelsea match (Gallas DEFINITELY clears it off the line).

As for everton, I was relly disappointed to see them go out, they played poorly in the first leg, but were all over fiorentina in the second leg, a real shame, Moyes has done a good job, and I feel if he had a slightly bigger squad, and wa able to keep Arteta, Osman and Cahill fit, would have beat Fiorentina, and seriousl have challenged LFC for the Cl place.

PS. What the fock was Carvalho doing passing to Rooney? Think he had a bet on the game? lol.

Bal hit drogba after brown. Agreed drogba is the most infuriating player in the premiership. He is a good striker, who is 6 feet+ but goes down like a cheap whore. Also agreed that Ballack should have been red carded for his scuffle with Ronaldo, well worthy of a second yellow.

forget about you high fliers for a second... did you see The Toon's remarkable first half comeback against West Ham? if that game was played a few months ago when Fat Sam was manager, we definitely would have lost that game. it seems Keegs really does know what he's doing.

so for all the teams above us in the table, you're all lucky the season is ending...

HAAA! HA!HA! HA!HA!.......etc trust me I'm an evertonian I know defeat we've been in your teams position. Newcastle could of had Kev from the start but when your players don't care they just don't play so you would still be languishing in mid table. When are you signing Eileen Drury as a coach then.
