Anybody know of any good modified versions of Windows 2000?

I've seen absolutely loads of special versions of WinXP & now of Vista too which have been modified or hacked in some way. Usually with tools like nlite to make them smaller/faster & maybe sometimes to add drivers and programs to the installation. I've tried a few of them & have installed and used XP TinyEdition & the official MS equivalent... WinFLP.

But I'd like to know if there are any similar know versions of Win2k that have been released? Proven ones that have a history of working well would be prefered, rather than one off's. (I can make a half-arsed job of nliting Win2K myself, I'm looking for something of better quality than that)

I'd especially like to find out what sort of functionality can be added to Win2K. How easy (or difficult) it is to add drivers, or XPs system restore & default wireless capabilities (I've noticed win2000 needs third-party software to handle WEP keys). If cut down XP works well on old machines & is supposed to fly for gaming then hacked Win2000 should be interesting to play with too.

Same goes for ReactOS. It's an open source project which is aiming to make an independent OS that is compatible with windows NT/2000/XP/2003 software. Are there any pirate versions that take the core ReactOS as it is now and then use the proper Windows dll's, drivers & API's (or whatever) to give it increased functionality?

If you have downloaded over 2GB and your ratio has dropped below 0.50 you will not be able to download.

Solutions

1) Leave a completed torrent in your client until you have uploaded enough data to bring your ratio up to 0.75
2) Upload a torrent of your own and seed until your ratio is 0.75 or higher.
3) Donate to the site and gain Premium membership
