How much Hard Drive space do you have?

My laptops got 120gb HDD - fairly big for a tatty ole laptop, but must be small compared to some of you hard core downloaders.

Anyone getting by with less? Or are there folks with sooo much space they don't even know what they've downloaded?

Why can't I download? - "leeching forbidden you are only allowed to seed"

If you have downloaded over 2GB and your ratio has dropped below 0.50 you will not be able to download.

Solutions

1) Leave a completed torrent in your client until you have uploaded enough data to bring your ratio up to 0.75
2) Upload a torrent of your own and seed until your ratio is 0.75 or higher.
3) Donate to the site and gain Premium membership

Please let me know if my torrent or links are dead

I am one of the "so much shit my pc screams for a laxative" type. 250gb HDD and an external with 160gb for a grand total of 410gb and currently i have 24gb free space...

The deskstop is an 80 gb with about 30 gb free; the lappy is 120 gb w/about 80 gb free (before I downloaded last nite)

Hooks... 1000 tb... Im in AWE!!! how many drives is that, For me to do that it would be 1000 drives.. can only get 1 TB at my local shop, so that would make a 166,000 UKP dent into my wallet..... lol.

Do you all ever actually watch the crap you download?

I give most of my d/loads away to family, I only watch a portion of it myself. Even with just 120gb drive I've still got films I downloaded months ago that I've not watched.

Some of you must still have cams & TS's hidden on those huge drives for films that have not just been out on DVD, but which have been relegated to the bargain bins by now.

Most of mine is music and kids movies. Kids are rough on the dvd's so i keep all the movies i dl for them. That stuff comes in handy especially when i have a new little one that will enjoy them later. I use my external for transfers of data when i need to reformat. I use to be able to get everything i wanted to keep on there but that is no longer possible. It might be time for some house cleaning.
