Unspeakable Epic Fail
This incident has been ALL over damn near every major automotive internet message forum over the past week+.
ATTN: Joe Dono AKA SCP_Celica SCAMMER - Tampa Racing Cliffs Notes - Dude drops off his celica at a shop to get a few things done. Before you know it the bill is 16k. He shows up to pick it up with no cash and asks them to bill him. They say no, his girlfriend asks if she can put down 60 bucks and make payments, they say no. He threatens to sue, his mom still owes 17k on the car. Shop is going for mechanics lien to get the title.
