I live in the country that allows murderers out of prison but locks up a kid who got caught with a bag of grass. If you have enough money, it doesn't matter what you do a lawyer can get you off the hook. In my country you can move here and work your ass off and get deported, or marry a person from an ad and stay forever. In my country our government is voted into office; you get two choices usually to represent a few million people, chosen by people already in position to keep them in their position. In my country you are free to make any choice-and with that freedom comes the unalienable right of every other citizen to openy criticize and scrutinize every action or decision you make, even through the media, whether it was a public or private event. Can you guess my country?

I was born and raised in miami, florida, usa. all of my family on the other hand is from a beautiful island called HAITI. Haiti, was the first country in the western hemisphere to gain its independence from the clutches of the french. Which is why in haiti the native language is french, yet many revolted against this and created a language of their own called creole, which is spoken by the entire island yet it is not considered a language.
