easiest way to put it is the only none pirate stuff is about 40 of my games and around 150 albums.the rest is 'nawincluding my OS lol

On my linux install I think just two app's are pirate, TurboPrint and ConvertXtoDVD. Everything else is ligit.

On my laptop the XP came pre-installed. Most everything else installed on the XP is either freeware or pirate .

Why can't I download? - "leeching forbidden you are only allowed to seed"

If you have downloaded over 2GB and your ratio has dropped below 0.50 you will not be able to download.

Solutions

1) Leave a completed torrent in your client until you have uploaded enough data to bring your ratio up to 0.75
2) Upload a torrent of your own and seed until your ratio is 0.75 or higher.
3) Donate to the site and gain Premium membership

Please let me know if my torrent or links are dead

Windows, office and visual studio 2005 & 2003 are just about the few commercial programs on my desktop computer which are not pirated...but I didn't pay for them either got them free from college with my own unique software keys

Apart from that everything else is pirated including mac os x.

On my laptop the only bit of software that is pirate on my windows partition is the nod32 virus scanner
everything on my linux partition is free software...got no music ,games or movies on it...I stream everything from my desktop

Anything I keep installed, I purchase. Just last month I spent over $25,000 buying 10 copies of Apple Final Cut Studio. I tried it out for free using a torrent, but bought it for commercial use. Trying before buying is nothing new, and IMHO is not pirating, although I am sure that some organizations would disagree.
