Lately some of you have had some downloading issues. If you are unable to download please follow these steps. First go to your profile view which you can access by clicking your own name in the "who's online" section which can be found on the main page on the left side. Or, if you have made a forum post you can simply take a look in the right corner of your post. What are you looking for? Any type of tracker info such as download, upload, and ratio. If all these fields are blank you need to follow this great guide that fynstee made located here.

If you have tracker info on your profile then 1 of 2 things are probably happening....

1) You are low ratio and have been restricted from downloading until you reach the acceptable share ratio of .75. Information about low ratio group is located in the FAQ.

2) You have gotten the torrent link from an external site like mininova and now need to remove that torrent from your bittorent program and use the search function to find your torrent thread and download that torrent from the thread which will contain your unique passkey and allow you to download.

Hopefully this will clear up some of the issues that are presenting on the board. As always, if you are stuck or unsure do not hesitate to ask but please try checking the support forum before asking questions that have already been answered for you.

I am Premium Member and have been unable to download any file since joining up.. Torrents download to Acquisition fine then I am always stuck at ‘analyzing....‘ and can get no further. I have reset passkey many times. Any advice please?

i just fixd your downloading status so give it a go.if you still have problems it would have to be your torrent client.

i think the problem , may be with obscere specialist torrents, there just not enough peaple out there who want them ,there fore there not uploading.... there fore not allowing any downloading , my computer has been on and of for a month or so with no activity.... which is dis heartening...i cant keep subcribing for nothing...what happened to your early rave about torrents being free...... unlimited downloading..... something needs a shake upcause it's not working for me , and i'm only after the non commercial release grateful dead concerts , which i considered a pretty darn good collection!!!!!

yea hes the one posting them , brilliant collection, with heaps more to come.....but it had just been stagnent for a month or two,i got 3 happening from a swiss flag right now ....it's a nice change

Well first of all this isn't a technical issue and doesn't really belong in this thread but i will address you statement anyway. Have you tried pm'ing the people to ask them to seed their releases? If it is the grateful dead collections you are having trouble with then just pm Jerry. As far as i know he was having some trouble with his seeder box and i am not sure where he rests at the moment with that.

If you want action you have to take action.

And i cant help but ask if you are talking about uploading to other peers...not sure exactly what you are having an issue with.

just like there was now download , there was nothing happening in the upload departmentnothing going outas well as nothing coming in.....i have had spoke with jerry a few times some time ago ..... and he couldnt understand it also!!!....all i'm really saying nothing had been coming or going out ......just quietly i'm a man of not much action, have been recently running a policy of why do today what you can do tomorrow,people ask me what i do i say zen ..practice the art of not doing [trying to create balance]....i was thinking for stuff to come in stuff had to go out....youll have to forgive me my brain is set at simplicity mode
