I have a 360 great for grafix and xbox live and a Nintendo Wii for the interactive gaming, this is fun, but i really want a PS3 for the blue ray

My girls have a Wii and I played golf on it, plus I passed on my original Nintendo and Ataris to them. I think somewhere I may have a Japanese Pre-Playstation disc system I got in the Air Force. What can I say, I'm old.

I think that the Wii is a great console to have when you have a few friends around but to anyone who is really into gaming I'd recommend a Xbox 360 to have as your main console. I currently have a Xbox 360 and Wii and at one stage I had a PS3 too but to be honest it's got nothing the 360 doesn't already have other than a blu-ray player but at the end of the day when I buy a console it's for gaming not for watching movies on.

i got the ps3 and a wii and i like both. i want the 360 but scared do to fact that they have been having problems with them. that red ring thing. alot of my friends had it but have to take them back because they break ive had my ps3 and wiii and yet to have a problem with them.

You have no need to worry now bro. Around xmas of last year, MS released a new batch of Xbox 360 consoles with the Falcon Chip. This is basically a heatsink chip which will help to keep the console cool as the problem of the red ring of death (RROD) was being caused by the console over-heating.

I too had many Xbox 360's up until then but now I have a new model and it's been great over the last 4 months. I'd recommend you go ahead and purchase one now, you won't regret it.

I have a ps3 and am pretty happy with it, I play wii round my m8's sometimes too

Wii in the front room for family fun, and the X360 upstairs for playing some of the more awesome games.

Why no PS3? Sony can't keep a promise to save their lives, they think that Europe don't mind waiting (yeah, right) and, well, how many games (not!)?
