Read This Whole Post!
First of all Your wii needs to be adapted to play copy gamed (wiikey mod chip) If they're scrambled they'll be ".wii". If they're already ".iso", then you can just burn. If if you do come across some which needs to be unscrambled, they will need to be ran through an unscramble program like rawdump for example but there are a few programs out there with an unscramble option so it isn't that hard to find (you need to do this to create the .iso). Then just burn the .iso as you would any other with any program that supports burning .iso's (nero or Imgburn are supposed to be best for wii games). You can burn to either DVD+r OR DVD-r's. If you use DVD+r's then they have to be booktyped to - rom (obviously if you come accross one that is larger than 4.7 gig then a dual layer disc must be used and obviously your burner needs to be able to support burning dual layer). The main things you need to think about are : wiikey fitted? Region of your Wii? Region of the Game Disc? Media you are using? Speed you are burning the media at? Obviously you can only do pal for pal and ntsc for ntsc and you don't really want to be burning your .iso at a speed of over 2 (the slower the better) and if it doesn't work for some reason maybe consider trying gain with a different burning program.
