For Megashares, I use Flashget. I load in my links and let it run, but I do have an account also, so I'm not limited.

Alright, you didn't say if you had an account w/MS, so I will just assume you do.
Once you have FG installed, in your IE/FF window, put in the address of the MS file you want. Once there, scroll down in the middle of the page "DOWNLOAD HERE" - right click on that, another mini menu will pop up and the last item in that menu is Download w/Flashget. Choose that and you should then finish confirmation location of where the file should go, etc.

MS = Megashares
FF = Firefox Yes, when you have it configured properly, you can add a bunch of Rapidshare links at one time and it will d/l them (if you have an account).

the only "setting" you may set is in the Options, Site Manager. You will need to add both sites w/your passwords. This doesn't work 100% for everyone, so I believe in manually setting your cookies (logging into your accounts thru your browser).
Now, for RS links - Select & copy the links, them open Flashget, Edit & Paste, confirm download location and it should go on it's way. Read above on the how-to for Megashares.
