I have been paying for Premium Membership sense I tried to do torrents (and messed up my computer doing it) LOL I just recently had a bill come through an on line billing system that I did not recognize the billing name of. I e-mailed the name on the bill and when I did not hear back, I disputed it.

I was then told it was a bill for Premium Membership here.

I sent a second e-mail asking if the billing info has been changed and if it has I would clear it up with the billing company. I have not heard back. So... is something askew?

Why can't I download? - "leeching forbidden you are only allowed to seed"

If you have downloaded over 2GB and your ratio has dropped below 0.50 you will not be able to download.

Solutions

1) Leave a completed torrent in your client until you have uploaded enough data to bring your ratio up to 0.75
2) Upload a torrent of your own and seed until your ratio is 0.75 or higher.
3) Donate to the site and gain Premium membership

I won't get publicly more specific but you refuted charges and we responded and the next step was just an auto refund or contested refund, and you being a member and a supporter, we don't want to put you in a bad place should we part ways, so as I stated you were issued a full refund.
