SO I installed Dreamweaver 8, everything was working fine for a couple of days, then all of a sudden I start getting these two error messages with almost every click -
The following Javascript error(S) occurred: At line 56 of file "C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\Shared\Common\Scripts\dwscriptsExt Data.js": ReferenceError: dwscripts is not defined. ~@~@~@~@~@~@~@~@~@~@~ While executing onLoad in _onOpen.htm,, the following Javascript error(S) occured: In file ""_onOpen"": ReferenceError: onOpen is not defined ~@~@~@~@~@~@~@~@~@~@~ I have tried repairing it, uninstalling it, re-installing it - uninstalling the latest Java Update in my programmes list, system restore but nothing seems to have fixed it. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced XD xXx

hey faith,
Java has nothing to do with Javascript...they are entirely two different languages so uninstalling java updates won't do anything. You can try this simple fix - Quit DW. Find this folder - C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration and rename the Configuration folder to say ConfigurationX Restart DW ![]() NOTE: The "Application Data" folder is hidden by default, so you'll need to change your Windows Explorer Folder Options to View Hidden Folders. let me know if this works Sagar

It's changed location in Vista. I think this might be the place to start looking:-
Vista: Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming

Why can't I download? - "leeching forbidden you are only allowed to seed" If you have downloaded over 2GB and your ratio has dropped below 0.50 you will not be able to download. Solutions 1) Leave a completed torrent in your client until you have uploaded enough data to bring your ratio up to 0.75 2) Upload a torrent of your own and seed until your ratio is 0.75 or higher. 3) Donate to the site and gain Premium membership Please let me know if my torrent or links are dead Last edited by fynstee : 08-24-2008 at 10:27 PM. Reason: added the Roaming bit after googling more info
