Default Re:Uploading the torrent

hi all,

Despite getting all the helps from people on peerden in respect of uploading my torrents and sharing it with all the people on peerden, as i am so keen on doing so.

But having said that, i am still unable to upload my torrents to peerden.

I have even changed my bit torrent clients from bitcomet to Utorrent and still not getting anywhere with the uploading.

For the reason i am writing this message,i just wonder whether i am missing something that i should be doing in order to upload my torrents to peerden.

if there is someone who can help me with something that is not cover by the people who have already helped and said it in the forum.

i would really appreciate theirs help and am looking forward to it.

many many thanks in advance.

If you have already made a torrent file, you just need to make a new thread, then BEFORE you finish making your thread scroll down the page until you see the manage attachments button.

Click it and a new page/window will open:-

Click Browse then find the torrent file you made that you want to upload. Then when you've browsed to it, click Upload.

Now go back the the thread you started making and click Submit New Thread, the torrent file will now be uploaded as an attachment to thread.

If you have downloaded over 2GB and your ratio has dropped below 0.50 you will not be able to download.

Solutions

1) Leave a completed torrent in your client until you have uploaded enough data to bring your ratio up to 0.75
2) Upload a torrent of your own and seed until your ratio is 0.75 or higher.
3) Donate to the site and gain Premium membership

Please let me know if my torrent or links are dead

PS. Just had an idea.

Start to make a post in this thread. But click the Go Advanced button instead of Quick Reply.
Then scroll down the page and do the Manage Attachement thing. But with any old text file you happen to have (like a Read me.txt file or something similar)

Then you can test to see how to upload something right here

I've never had that happen to me. I'll try to find out if it might be something to do with your browser settings (like if it needs java to work). Or maybe even your firewall blocking the upload.

In the meantime if you want you can email me your torrent file and I'll edit it into your thread.

I've got to go out now so I'll sort that out when I get's back.

Try to upload a simple image once. If that does not work, I'd say it some type of program on your PC blocking your upload to the site.

Brunlea, I suspect that your browser is configured to prevent pop-up windows, which are required to do the attachments. Reading back through this thread, I was unable to find where you were asked what browser you were using. I agree with Plush, you might want to give FireFox a try, it is free and performance wise, smokes IE hands down. I say this not to offend anyone, I was a loyal IE user for years...only since IE7 was released have I changed over to FF.
